Indiana Muslim Advocacy Network (IMAN Associates) is a nonpartisan, grassroots organization that strives to provide Muslim Hoosiers an educated, organized and amplified political voice advocating for positive civic and political changes in the State of Indiana.

Our Role
Indiana Muslims have always been an integral part of the social fabric. They can be traced back to the eighteenth century when they arrived in Indiana as enslaved and free African Americans. In the early nineteenth century, they started organizing themselves into societies and groups; mosques were built where congregations prayed and found fellowship. The most recent form of their organized efforts is the Indiana Muslim Advocacy Network, a grassroots organization formed in July 2017 that strives to build bridges with elected officials and public policy leaders and amplify the voice of the Indiana Muslim community for decades to come.
